NRMA Project Overview
Social Media Management
We keep your socials active and on-brand — planning a simple content calendar, writing captions in your voice, scheduling posts, and doing light community management. We can manage content we create for you or work from your existing assets.
Capped, not locked-in. We set a tailor-made monthly cap together and work to it. We never exceed your cap without approval, and there’s no lock-in — use it in the months you need it, pause or scale anytime. You’re not paying for unused time; you’re paying for the work we actually do, up to the cap.
We also do basic performance checks (what’s working, best times to post, hashtag review) so each month improves on the last. Simple, affordable, and designed for small and local businesses.
Case Example
One of our recent clients, a local café, wanted to grow beyond their walk-in traffic and reach new customers online. We created a series of short-form Reels showing their signature dishes being plated, quick behind-the-scenes clips of the kitchen, and a longer video highlighting the owner’s story. Within the first month, their Instagram reach tripled, engagement on posts doubled, and they began seeing new customers coming in saying they “found them on Instagram.” By combining fast, eye-catching clips with a deeper long-form piece, the café built both awareness and trust—turning social views into real visits.
NRMA Roadside Safety
Working closely with NRMA, I filmed and edited a short, practical video designed for social media distribution. The storyboard was developed to highlight everyday risks drivers face and then move into simple preventative actions — such as keeping your keys in your pocket while shopping or leaving a door ajar when loading the car.
My goal was to capture scenarios that felt authentic and relatable, while ensuring the message stayed concise and visually engaging for a fast-scrolling audience. By combining clear visuals with NRMA’s trusted voice, the campaign successfully delivered an important reminder: a few small habits can save time, stress, and keep loved ones safe.
